How Do I Heat My Meals?
All of our food comes entirely pre-cooked with instructions on the label for proper reheating in the microwave.  Make sure to remove all sauce containers or condiments before microwaving. FULLY THAW MEAL, BEFORE HEATING, IF YOU FREEZE THE MEAL. For the quickest way to warm your food; pop the top to vent, place the container in the microwave, and heat 1.5 – 2.5 minutes or until fully reheated.

Do I Have To Place An Order To Get My Meals?
Yes, you do. We operate as a delivery meal service. We do not have a brick and mortar store for you to visit! We only have a $50 minimum cart order and have options for delivery.

Are Your Meals Organic?
Like any company, we are at the mercy of our suppliers on a weekly basis. Our goal is to always use meats that have no hormones, no antibiotics, that are grass-fed, and fish that are wild-caught. We strive to source products that are top quality and do not cut corners on this.

Is There A Deadline To Order Meals?
Yes, since we cook/prepare all meals fresh we have to have an accurate count on all ingredients. That is why we ask that all online orders be placed online Thursday before 7pm EST. for Sunday delivery. If there is ever an issue, please message us or email us to let us know. We can normally accommodate special requests or if you miss a deadline or need a special arrangement. Our goal is to always work with our customers.

Do You Deliver?
Yes we do delivery locally. We deliver weekly meals on Sunday.  Drivers should text or contact you once they drop your food off or on their way. Delivery will vary based on order amount and delivery area. If for some reason your zip code or area in the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, or Babcock Ranch area does not populate. CONTACT US immediately to see what we can do. 

Cancellation, Credit, or Refund
Due to strict guidelines we follow to order from our suppliers, we do not refund orders. We may be able to issue credit for a future order. Subscriptions that have already been processed can not be refunded or stopped. All subscriptions must be canceled or paused prior to the following week's auto renewal. Non subscription orders that have been processed already that need to be canceled, will be credited back to your online profile. We can not refund orders that are canceled. As always, contact us and we will always try to accomodate the best we can.
